Booking, Cancellation and Deposits
When you make a secured booking we will keep the room for you and expect you to arrive as agreed. Before such a booking is valid, we need to have received payment as follows: - if booking less than 3 nights everything must be paid in advance. - if booking 3 nights or more, two nights must be paid in advance and additionally: + 40% for the rest of nights if the booking is in the period 1. November - 30. April + 20% for the rest of nights if the booking is in the period 1. May - 30. September The remaining amount must be settled upon your arrival. Of course you can have a look around first! :-) If you have requested airport-transfer it must be paid in advance too. With a no-commitment booking there are no obligations, neither from your or our side. It simply means that we whenever possible will try to keep the room ready for you. This also means that we will give your room to a walk-in customer or people who made a secured booking (see above), if we have no other alternatives. In that case we will notify you by email. Likewise, we ask you to please notify us, if you at some point in time know that you will not be needing the room. Finally, please reconfirm 48 hours before your arrival, or we will assume that you are not interested in the room anyway. You must make a deposit of 2000 THB at check-in. This will be refunded in full when you check out, given that the rooms and inventory is in the same state as when you arrive. If you need to cancel a booking, please do it as early as possible. We will refund payments made as follows:
- From all returnable amounts we subtract 650 THB to cover transfer costs and administration. If you need Private Airport Transfer please read about it first on the "Apartments and Prices"-page. For a lost key we charge 800 THB Our rooms are all non-smoking rooms. But all our rooms have a balcony and ashtrays are provided. :-) |
